Products purchased at our studio (except for customised and individualised orders) can be returned within 14 days following the date of delivery. There is no need or necessity to specify the reason for the return. For the return to be accepted, the items must be in non-altered condition, not used and complete – with the original tags. Please, pack the returned products with due care, using the appropriate (if possible, original) packaging, to prevent damage in transport. Having received the returned package and accepted the return according to the conditions above, we reimburse the price within 14 days, using the same method of payment as the Customer did when paying for the product ordered. Each Customer who has entered into a sales contract is entitled to making a complaint. In case of a technical defect, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. After the Seller has looked into the complaint, the Customer receives an e-mail containing further instructions for the complaint procedure. In order to streamline the complaint procedure, a Customer who lodges a complaint of the product purchased and delivered via the Internet is advised to send the product directly to the Seller’s address within such complaint:

Complaints are dealt with in the shortest possible time, but no longer than 20 days from the date of the delivery of the faulty item to the Seller’s office. After the complaint has been processed, the customer receives a feedback message describing the result of the expert opinion.
