I. General provisions

The Provider of the online shop located at the website is ALANA Alicja Zimnicka company with its registered office at Dariusa i Girenasa street 8, 16-515 Puńsk. REGON number 200737585, tax identification number: 8442284010.

The Buyer (the Customer) may be a natural person who has been at least 13 years of age, and if the person is not 18 years old, the legal representative is required, as well as a legal entity and an organizational unit that is not a legal entity (including the Consumer), whose special provisions confer a legal capacity, and which makes or intends to make an order or use other services of the Online Shop.

Reading the following rules and regulations and accepting their provisions during the execution of the order is a condition which allows the customer to place an online order in our shop.

II. Products

The items of sale are the products presented at All the products available at are brand new, free of physical and legal defects and are introduced to the Polish market legally. Prices of all the products presented at are expressed in Polish zloty. The gross price of the product does not include the cost of shipping.

The Customer can choose to pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways:

  • by transferring the money to Seller’s bank account before the delivery of the given item (prepayment)
  • by transfer via PayPal
  • by transfer via PayU

The Buyer must note that the electronic image of billing documents , in particular VAT invoices with attachments, corrective VAT invoices with attachments, will be issued and sent to the e-mail address indicated by him/her. This consent also entitles the Seller to issue and send VAT invoices electronically in accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 17 December 2010 on the electronic invoicing, the rules for their storage and the procedure of making them available to the tax authority or the tax inspection authority.

III. Acceptance and completion of order

The Buyer is able to make purchases as a Guest or a registered Customer.

Once registered, the Customer will receive a link to the account activation webpage at the provided e-mail address. Activation enables you to log into the system.

To complete the registration correctly, fill in all the fields in the registration form containing the data necessary for the creation of a user account.

The validity time of the order is 14 days. In case of lack of contact with the client after the deadline, the order is automatically cancelled

IV. Deliver

Purchased products are delivered, according to the will of the Customer, i.e. via the Polish Post (Poczta Polska) or the DPD courier service. The cost of delivery of the purchased products is determined by the price list presented to the customer before the approval of the order:

  • delivery via the courier service (prepaid)- 17 zl
  • delivery via Polish Post (prepaid) – 11 zl

Once the Client has successfully placed his/her order, an automatic response from the shop confirming it will be sent.

Please note that we will process your order only after your payment has been received on the bank account provided in the order confirmation (in case of payment by bank transfer) or the moment the order has been placed (in case of card payment).

Before picking up the parcel, make sure that its packaging has not been damaged during transport. Particular attention should be paid to the state of the tapes or seals affixed to the consignment. If the package is damaged or if the seals (tapes) are broken, do not accept the parcel and make a damage report in the presence of the courier. It is also crucial to contact the Seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Not stating any inaccuracies connected with the quantitative or qualitative condition of the consignment on delivery may adversely affect the outcome of the Customer’s claim connected with damage or robbery during transport.

V. Right to Withdrawal

Each Customer who has entered into a sales contract is entitled to making a complaint. In order to streamline the complaint procedure, a Customer who lodges a complaint of the product purchased and delivered via the Internet is advised to send the product directly to the Seller’s address within such complaint:

Complaints are dealt with in the shortest possible time, but no longer than 30 days from the date of the delivery of the faulty item to the Seller’s office. After the complaint has been processed, the customer receives a feedback message describing the result of the expert opinion.

VII. Privacy policy and protection of personal data

The Seller shall be entitled to change the regulations. Amendments to the regulations apply from the clearly defined moment and appearance on the Shop website, to the extent that does not infringe the rights acquired by the

Personal data is used to execute sales contracts, and can therefore be provided to the entities responsible for the delivery of purchased goods to the customer and, in the case of purchase in installments, to the institutions that credit the purchase. Customers have the right to access and correct their personal data. Such data is provided voluntarily.

VI. Complaints

A consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdrawal from the contract without naming any reasons. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must make a written statement. However it is limited in time and the contract can be cancelled within 14 days (legal basis: art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)). This deadline is not to be exceeded and counts from the date of issuing of the item and when the contract relates to the provision of services – from the date of its conclusion. To keep the deadline for withdrawal it is sufficient to submit a written declaration of withdrawal before it expires.

The returned item will be accepted on condition that it is fully complete and the product and accessories themselves are not damaged and do not show any evidence of use other than for the purpose of checking the product.

According to the Law, non-refundable is the provision of services started with the agreement of the Consumer before the expiry of the time limit referred to in art. 7 section 1, for audiovisual and visual recordings saved on computer software media when the Consumer has removed their original packaging, for contracts connected with services whose prices are solely dependable on price movement on the financial market, for services whose characteristics are specified by the consumer in his order or closely related to him/her, for benefits which, due to their nature, cannot be reimbursed or are subject to rapid rotting, for press supplying or for mutual betting services.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal the customer is bound to notify us (at the following address: ALANA Alicja Zimnicka, ul. Dariusa I Girenasa 8, 16-515 Puńsk) of his/her decision to rescind the present contract with an explicit statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail: For this purpose the Customer may use the standard withdrawal form attached, but it is not compulsory. In order to abide by the withdrawal time limit the customer simply needs to send us the withdrawal statement before the expiry of said withdrawal period.

A written statement of withdrawal and the account number to which the shop shall return the payment must be included in the return consignment.

In case of withdrawal from the contract we give a full refund, including delivery costs, (with the exception of extra costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method suggested by us) immediately and not later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse the money using the same payment methods you used in your original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to other solution. In any case, you will not incur any charges in connection with this return. We may put the payment on hold until the item has been received or until we receive a proof of a return, depending on which event occurs first.

VIII. Final provisions

The Seller shall be entitled to change the regulations. Amendments to the regulations apply from the clearly defined moment and appearance on the Shop website, to the extent that does not infringe the rights acquired by the Customer. That is why, for the contract which has been entered into before the introduction of the amendments, the version of the Regulations applicable at the time the order is utilized.
